• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for lawful use of the service and your data.

4. Integrations

Jordan may integrate with third-party services, including Google/Gmail. Your use of those services remains subject to third-party terms and policies.

5. Billing

Paid plans/features, if offered, are charged according to presented pricing and terms. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. IP

Jordan software and branding remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and grant rights needed to operate the service.

7. Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, payment issues, or breaches of these Terms. You may stop using Jordan at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Jordan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for every purpose.

9. Liability limits

To the extent allowed by law, Jordan/WithJordan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes should be brought in a competent South African forum, subject to applicable law.
